Are You and Your Buddy Alike?

"Hello" exclaimed the buddies. Today we had our buddies and we used a Venn Diagram to see what is the same about us and what is different. The grade three's had to do all the writing. During genius hour, the people who were done building there thing from last genius hour got a challenge. Ms. Fagnan said we had to build something that we could use like a bedroom, a wrecking ball, a fork, and a super sonic slipper. In language arts we made a T-chart and Ms. Jones read us a book. She said give a thumbs up if it is a deep connection and a thumbs down if it was a quick connection. The book was called Lila and the Crow.

Book orders are due on Monday

 Next Thursday is parent/teacher interviews. Sign-up will open after 6pm today. Please use your powerschool account to sign-up for a time.

 Next Friday is a PD day

Our First Google Meet!

Great job using google classroom! I loved reading your comics, they often made me laugh out loud. You guys are funny! I am glad you are also so tech savvy and were able to figure out how to use it so quickly. We have our first google meet today at 11:00am. Just go into the classroom and click on the link in the banner The link will appear about 5 minutes before the meeting. If you can, try to mute your mic before entering or it gets really noisy. If you don't know how, don't worry! I will be there to help. If you can't make it tomorrow, you can try to join in on Thursday at 1:00pm. If you can't make either, no problem!
