Buddy Writing

Scratch, scratch, scratch went the pencils on the paper. In buddy writing, some people were writing a story together and other people were helping one another to make their writing better. Jordan and Merrick went to help in the Kindergarten class at this time. In social studies we went to Mrs. Nayyar's class. We had a piece of paper with a compass on it and we had to follow the directions like go northwest to create a mystery picture. One was a pig and the other was a fish. In gym, we were playing not in my yard. The point of the game is to get the ball in the other peoples buckets. Ms. Brady made it even harder by adding two challenges: a hula hoop and a bowling pin. In language arts we talked more about the poppy and read a book about the poppy and soldiers.

 Our Remembrance Day Ceremony is on November 8th in the morning, the time is being confirmed. Parents are welcome.

 Fun lunch orders are due Saturday by midnight

Our First Google Meet!

Great job using google classroom! I loved reading your comics, they often made me laugh out loud. You guys are funny! I am glad you are also so tech savvy and were able to figure out how to use it so quickly. We have our first google meet today at 11:00am. Just go into the classroom and click on the link in the banner The link will appear about 5 minutes before the meeting. If you can, try to mute your mic before entering or it gets really noisy. If you don't know how, don't worry! I will be there to help. If you can't make it tomorrow, you can try to join in on Thursday at 1:00pm. If you can't make either, no problem!
