Almost Valentine's Day

"We are going to share our valentines!" everyone shouted. Today we handed out our valentines but before that we did some art. In art, we made a heart with paper and then we got paint and did finger painting on top of the heart and around the heart. Then we took off the hearts and glued our hearts onto a blank paper. After we went around and wrote compliments on each others heart. When we were done we got to read all of our compliments but we didn't know who did which one. We had our spelling review test today. In math, we did ice cream fractions. For each flavor we had to do one fraction. For example, tiger tail might have been 6/7 of our ice cream cone flavors. 

Pink shirt day is on February 26th. You can wear a pink, red or close to pink color shirt, a pink accessory or even socks! You can wear anything pink to show support against bullying.

 No school tomorrow, Friday or Monday. See you on Tuesday!

Our First Google Meet!

Great job using google classroom! I loved reading your comics, they often made me laugh out loud. You guys are funny! I am glad you are also so tech savvy and were able to figure out how to use it so quickly. We have our first google meet today at 11:00am. Just go into the classroom and click on the link in the banner The link will appear about 5 minutes before the meeting. If you can, try to mute your mic before entering or it gets really noisy. If you don't know how, don't worry! I will be there to help. If you can't make it tomorrow, you can try to join in on Thursday at 1:00pm. If you can't make either, no problem!
