First Day of School!

We had an assembly today and Mrs. Pelling read us a book called the 'Golden Rule'. The golden rule means you treat others the way you want to be treated. In math we did a classroom scavenger hunt. We had a piece of paper that had clues and riddles and had to figure out where certain items were in the classroom. We did some art today, and learned to do bubble letters and zen doodles. We got to play with play dough and make whatever we wanted at the beginning of the day- a few things we made were: a bunny, a house, a key, a watering can, the Statue of Liberty, a tea cup and much more!

 Green folders will go home each day, even if there is nothing in it, in case there is something from home that needs to be returned. Please check folders daily for notices and return each day.

Our First Google Meet!

Great job using google classroom! I loved reading your comics, they often made me laugh out loud. You guys are funny! I am glad you are also so tech savvy and were able to figure out how to use it so quickly. We have our first google meet today at 11:00am. Just go into the classroom and click on the link in the banner The link will appear about 5 minutes before the meeting. If you can, try to mute your mic before entering or it gets really noisy. If you don't know how, don't worry! I will be there to help. If you can't make it tomorrow, you can try to join in on Thursday at 1:00pm. If you can't make either, no problem!
