We Had Buddies Today!

"It's buddy time!" announced Ms. Fagnan. Today we had buddies and we got to choose a station that they wanted to do with us. Some of the stations were: drawing, trains, a farm, the story of the Gruffalo and building. In math, we continued finding patterns in the sticky triangles. We had our first Genius Hour with Room 16. We worked on using loose parts to build different things without using glue, tape or scissors. 


Our weather is getting colder, remember to dress for the weather as we have recess everyday.

 Monday is Orange Shirt Day. You can also wear a orange headband, scarf etc. 

 Next Thursday (October 3rd) is picture day

 Technology release forms went home today. Students need to sign and return before they are able to use the computers.

Our First Google Meet!

Great job using google classroom! I loved reading your comics, they often made me laugh out loud. You guys are funny! I am glad you are also so tech savvy and were able to figure out how to use it so quickly. We have our first google meet today at 11:00am. Just go into the classroom and click on the link in the banner The link will appear about 5 minutes before the meeting. If you can, try to mute your mic before entering or it gets really noisy. If you don't know how, don't worry! I will be there to help. If you can't make it tomorrow, you can try to join in on Thursday at 1:00pm. If you can't make either, no problem!
