Orange Shirt Day

"Are you ready for our assembly?" exclaimed Ms. Fagnan. Today we had our orange shirt day assembly right after language arts. We learned that residential schools are closed forever. We wear an orange shirt to say that everyone matters. In math, Ms. Fagnan wrote number patterns on the board and we had to figure out what the pattern was and the rule. In social studies, we labelled all seven continents in the world. We also labelled the oceans. In gym we played chicken noodle tag and we also played musical dots. After that we played a game called rainbow. In language arts we did a four-corner story plan or a web about what we did on the weekend. If you got to the writing part, you had to use a spicy beginning.

 Davision Orchard fundraising form went home today, please order by October 4th.

Our First Google Meet!

Great job using google classroom! I loved reading your comics, they often made me laugh out loud. You guys are funny! I am glad you are also so tech savvy and were able to figure out how to use it so quickly. We have our first google meet today at 11:00am. Just go into the classroom and click on the link in the banner The link will appear about 5 minutes before the meeting. If you can, try to mute your mic before entering or it gets really noisy. If you don't know how, don't worry! I will be there to help. If you can't make it tomorrow, you can try to join in on Thursday at 1:00pm. If you can't make either, no problem!
