One More Day Until Meet the Teacher!

"Yes!" we cheered when found out we were going to the library and would be able to take out books. We can take out two books that we can keep for two weeks. We can exchange our books at anytime on our own, we don't have to wait to go together again. In gym, we practiced running for the Terry Fox Run for five minutes today. We played locomotive colors. Before gym we watched the video of  the Terry Fox Run and learned about why he wanted to run across Canada. If you want to, you can bring a Toonie for Terry. In social studies we studied about Canada. We learned all the provinces names and their capitals. In math, we went outside to look for Fibonacci numbers. Ms. Fagnan challenged us to see if we could find any Fibonacci numbers in our backyard or inside our house.

 There is no school for students on Friday

Our First Google Meet!

Great job using google classroom! I loved reading your comics, they often made me laugh out loud. You guys are funny! I am glad you are also so tech savvy and were able to figure out how to use it so quickly. We have our first google meet today at 11:00am. Just go into the classroom and click on the link in the banner The link will appear about 5 minutes before the meeting. If you can, try to mute your mic before entering or it gets really noisy. If you don't know how, don't worry! I will be there to help. If you can't make it tomorrow, you can try to join in on Thursday at 1:00pm. If you can't make either, no problem!
